Shipping Information
At VerticalUrge online we make every effort to ship your goods the same day they're ordered. If for any reason we can't, we'll send you an email and let you know exactly when they will ship. If you should have any questions regarding your order feel free to email us at customerservice@verticalurge.com.
Shipping Methods We ship every order possible through UPS. In the event you want your order shipped to a PO Box, we will ship your order through USPS. Please specify this on the Shipping Instructions Box during checkout. For orders to Canada and Puerto Rico, we use regular UPS Standard and Ground respectively. Sorry, no Free Shipping to Canada and PR.
Free Shipping Policy Any purchase you make with us over the amount of $69 will qualify you for FREE UPS Ground delivery of your products. This includes any closeout and discount merchandise as well. (Offer applies to the continental US only, sorry Alaska and Hawaii; if you checkout with AK or HI as your product destination, you will be charged freight after the checkout procedure!).
Tracking Your Order You can check the progress of every order you place with us as well as track them by logging into your VerticalUrge account. It's that simple.
