We ship every order possible through UPS. In the event you want your order shipped to a PO Box, we will ship your order through USPS if it is within USPS size restrictions. Please specify this on the Shipping Instructions Box during checkout. Typically we ship your order within 24 hours of placement, barring any issues (ie - address validation/correction, mis-matched billing/shipping, etc.).
Any purchase you make with us over the amount of $69 will qualify you for FREE UPS Ground delivery of your products. This includes any closeout and discount merchandise as well. Offer applies to the continental US only, sorry Alaska and Hawaii. For our brothers and sisters in those states, you will see your shipping options and prices during checkout and BEFORE you actually pay for your order.
If you are interested in checking the progress of your order, please register an account either before or during your checkout process. By doing this you can check the progress of every order you place with us as well as track them, request a Return Authorization (RA#), create wishlists, etc. simply by logging in.
We ship out of Raleigh, NC every day. To check how long your package will be in transit from our store, just locate your state and refer to the map below.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
